Common objects. Uncommonly BIG sizes!

We aim to please

While we specialize in Great Big Stuff, there's another component to our business that can't be measured with a ruler. That something is customer service. We strive to satisfy our customers everyday. Once in awhile we even hear from a customer after the fact telling us how we did. Here's a letter we received today.

I wanted to thank you for an amazing job. My daughter's Bat Mitzvah was on 3/16/13 and I called the Wednesday before the occasion and didn't special hurry the (large bat and softball) because Lynne, your really nice order taker told me it would arrive in NYC from Delaware in one day and it did on Friday. Unfortunately the bat had a crack in it that occurred during shipping. I called Lynne and she told me no worries and she can send out a second customize bat which I received on Saturday morning of the Bat Mitzvah. No questions, no hassle. You guys were amazing I can't wait to place another order with you guys. The Bat and Ball were very cool.

Sincerely yours,
Glenn P

It is email like this that makes us proud.

Let's go blogging!

Hello, friends!

Although GreatBigStuff has been around for many years, we have just recently revamped (or should I say completely redesigned) our website. We hope that you think it is easier to find products and, more importantly, offers a more visually appealing and informative presentation of the products we offer.

Besides larger product images, the products now include ratings. This gives you, our audience, the opportunity to give each product a 'star' rating to share your opinjion with the world.

We are also going to start sharing our opinions with you through this blog. We're not really sure what sorts of things we will include here. Perhaps it will be news of new products coming in or alerts that a particular product is being phased out. Maybe we will tell you about something we see about some really big thing in the news.

Keep watch here for blog updates by GreatBigStuff founder, Jeff Bruette, and our company president, Brian Kuehn.
