Q: Is Great Big Stuff associated with Think BIG!?

A: Great Big Stuff is not associated with the Think BIG! stores that many recall seeing in the past. However, they were our inspiration. However, many Great Big Stuff products are original Think BIG! items. Early on, we had the opportunity to purchase a quantity of certain items that had been squirreled away in a warehouse. Beyond that, there is no relationship. We now travel the globe and work with many artisans and craftsmen to design and manufacture our unique products.

Q: Can I get a Great Big Stuff printed catalog?

A: At this time, we do not publish a printed catalog. As we add new items on a regular basis, a catalog would become outdated very quickly. We recommend that you visit our website regularly to see our new additions. Feel free to use the 'Print' feature of your browser to print out any of our pages for your records or to show others. 

Q: Are purchases from the Great Big Stuff website secure?

A: Absolutely! Great Big Stuff values your need for privacy and security. That's why we use a shopping cart that is secure. So no matter how you should choose to checkout, all of your information will remain confidential.  To confirm that your transactions are secure, simply right-click your mouse on the page that requests your credit card information and select 'Properties'. You will then see that the page is secure. The reason that the lock icon does not appear on your browser is because our site uses frames, and the title frame with navigation buttons does not need security.

Q: Can I place my order by phone?

A: Yes, you can. Just give us a call at 1-800-773-8832 and someone will be happy to help you place your order.

Q: Can I pay by check or money order?

A: Yes! If you would rather not make your purchase using a credit card online, you can pay by check or money order by mail. Simply include a note stating what you would like to purchase, be sure to also provide your name, address, phone number and email address, and send it in the mail along with your payment.

Q: What method does Great Big Stuff use for shipping?

A: Most orders are shipped via UPS ground or USPS. These have proven to be reliable methods that serves most customer's needs. We are able to track your order to ensure that it is delivered. Since UPS cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, we must have physical delivery addresses. The only exception is for our military customers who can request delivery to APO/FPO addresses. APO/FPO customers should be aware that Alaska, Hawaii, and international shipping fees may apply to their order. To accommodate rush orders, we can also ship via express services using the options in the shopping cart checkout process.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

A: Generally speaking, we ship orders within two to four business days of receiving your order. Depending on your distance from our facilities in the mid atlantic US, time in transit can be between 3 to 7 days. In cases where an item is anticipated to be back ordered for an unusually long time, we will attempt to contact you and inform you of the expected delay.   Made to order/custom products also require additional production time, typically 2-3 additional days.

Q: Can Great Big Stuff handle large quantity orders?

A: You bet! We can handle bulk orders sent to a particular address, or many packages going to multiple addresses (such as numerous clients or individual store locations). As it is hard for us to anticipate your large order needs, please let us know your plans as early as possible. For these types of orders, contact Sales@greatbigstuff.com.

Q: Can merchandise be returned or orders canceled?

A: Different policies apply to different types of returns. Damaged items must be reported to us within 72 hours of receipt so that we can file an insurance claim with the shipper or manufacturer and arrange for the item to be returned and replaced. No exceptions. It is the sole responsibility of the recipient to open and inspect merchandise as soon as it is received and report and damages. These items will be replaced with the same item upon return of the damaged item. Errors made by us must be brought to our attention immediately upon receipt. We will send the correct item and arrange for the incorrect item to be sent back to us at our expense. Unwanted/refused/undeliverable items may be returned within 5 days and are subject to a 20% or $5 (whichever is greater) restocking fee. Shipping charges of unwanted items are not refundable or reimbursable. A refund will be made upon our confirmation that the merchandise was returned in like-new condition. Special/custom order items and food items cannot be returned or cancelled once your order has been placed. Any deviation from this policy shall be at the sole discretion of GreatBigStuff, which may range from cancellation charges to your full responsibility for the order. Q: Can I request a special item from Great Big Stuff?

A: We welcome special requests. People send us ideas all the time. Your input is important to us. While we cannot fulfill every request, if your idea has the potential of mass appeal, we may consider having it custom made to add to our product line.
